HNI Internship Program

HNI Internship program
Real-world opportunities that simply cannot be experienced in the classroom, HNI offers 70+ paid summer internships for engineering, finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, operations management, product design and development, sales and supply chain.
What to expect from an HNI internship
An internship with HNI is an opportunity to be supported as you learn and set up for success as you take steps to start your career.
Mentorship
We are here to help you bridge the gap between what you have learned in school and how those learnings are applied in the workplace. We offer uncommon access to leaders so you can learn from the best and we regularly host lunch & learn seminars.
Career Growth
Many of our internships include growth and development experiences such as skill-building workshops, professional development sessions, networking events and social activities.
Our Culture
We promote a culture of teamwork—one where our interns are made to feel comfortable working with us and with one another. We challenge our interns with real problems, give them the room to make mistakes, and offer guidance and support as they search for solutions.

We are now accepting internship applications.

We are so excited for our next class of interns and would love to consider you for our internship programs.
